1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 90 days of your original purchase date. This guarantee applies to all orders, including partially or fully used bottles. We accept returns of empty bottles — you do not need to send the product back to qualify for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled shipment date. Cancellations received after a shipment has already been processed may not prevent that shipment from being sent, but you may return it for a full refund under our 90-day guarantee.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please retain the original packaging and take photos if possible, as this helps us resolve the issue quickly.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refund requests submitted more than 90 days after the original purchase date are not eligible under our standard guarantee. However, we evaluate all situations individually — please contact us if you have extenuating circumstances.
