Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all bundle orders (Buy 2 + 1 Free and Buy 3 + 2 Free).

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been picked up by the carrier.

5. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations on your property. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.

6. Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped on your selected delivery schedule (every 30 days by default). You will receive an email notification 3 days before each scheduled shipment. You may update your shipping address, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next processing date.
